    1. Ukugcina Amafutha & Ukulungiselela
      • Amafutha emifino agcinwa emathangini futhi ashiswe ngaphambi kokushisa okudingekayo.
      • Amafutha angase acwengwe (i-degumming, neutralization, bleaching, deodorization) ngaphambi kokusetshenziswa.
    2. Ukuxuba Amafutha & Ukuxuba
      • Amafutha ahlukene ahlanganiswa ukuze kuzuzwe ukwakheka okufisayo kwamafutha kanye nokuthungwa.
      • Izithasiselo (ama-emulsifiers, amavithamini, ama-flavour, usawoti, nama-preservatives) zixutshwe kuzo.
    3. I-Emulsification
      • Ingxube kawoyela ihlanganiswa namanzi (noma esikhundleni sobisi) ethangini le-emulsifying.
      • Abaxube be-high-shear baqinisekisa i-emulsion ezinzile.
    4. I-Pasteurization
      • I-emulsion iyashiswa (imvamisa engu-75-85°C) ukuze ibulale amagciwane futhi yandise impilo yeshalofu.
    5. I-Crystallization & Ukupholisa
      • Ingxube ipholiswa ngokushesha endaweni yokushisa eklitshiwe (SSHE) ukuze yakhe amakristalu amafutha, okuqinisekisa ukuthungwa okubushelelezi.
      • Amashubhu okuphumula avumela i-crystallization efanele ngaphambi kokupakishwa.
    6. Ukupakisha
      • Umkhiqizo wokugcina ugcwaliswa kubhavu, ama-wrappers, noma amabhlogo.
