1. Ukulungiselela Izithako

4. Ukupholisa Nokwenza Ikristalu (Inqubo Yokuvotela)

5. Ukulinganisela Nokuphumula
- I-margarine igcinwa epayipini lokuphumula noma iyunithi yokushisa ukuze kuqiniswe isakhiwo sekristalu (amakristalu e-β' akhethwa ukuze kube bushelelezi).
- Kwi-margarine yebhavu, kugcinwa ukuqina okuthambile, kuyilapho i-margarine enamabhulokhi idinga ukwakheka kwamafutha okunzima.
6. Ukupakisha
I-Tub Margarine: Igcwaliswe ezitsheni zepulasitiki.
I-Block Margarine: Iyakhishwa, inqunywe, bese isongwa ngesikhumba noma nge-foil.
I-Margarine Yezimboni: Ipakishwe ngobuningi (ama-25 kg amabhakede, izigubhu, noma ama-tote).
7. Indawo Yokugcina Nokusabalalisa (igumbi elibandayo)
- Igcinwe emazingeni okushisa alawulwayo (5–15°C) ukuze igcine ukuthungwa kwayo kusesimweni esihle.
- Gwema ukushintshashintsha kwezinga lokushisa ukuze uvimbele ukuhlukana kwezinhlayiya noma uwoyela.
